re: U.S. Funds for Florida First - not weapons of mass destruction [WMD]for other countries [ex: 5,000 warheads for Israel]

Note: The United States is in the process of "loaning" hundreds of millions of our tax dollars to Israel so they can purchase 5,000 warhead missiles (weapons of mass destruction [WMD]) from certain American companies.

We realize the importance of exporting our products to other countries and the jobs this will create, but we must first consider the needs of the American public, especially in these most crucial times.

As you are well aware we have had a number of hurricanes in the south and billions of dollars are needed immediately to help the cleanup and rebuilding process there and especially in the state of Florida.

It cannot make any sense for Americans to suffer the burden of such a tremendous expenditure whether in the form of borrowing these funds or through the expansion of national debt, while at the same time offer low cost loans to other countries in the middle east to purchase weapons of mass destruction from select U.S. companies.

Let us make our voices heard on Capitol Hill immediately.

We would like to propose to the American public to write, email and fax all of our congressmen and congresswomen and all of our senators as well as the President of the United States and ask them to immediately direct these funds to assist with the billions of dollars needed by Americans here in Florida for the restructure and rebuilding of our own land and assistance to our own people.

Please stop whatever you are doing right now, while there is still time during this focus on the actions of our politicians. Write, fax, email and call them on the phone. Explain the importance of proper use of American tax-payers money to help Americans. This has to be priority number one.

Then immediately set up petitions online and write to "bloggers" and post on the boards this important message:

Fund Florida First! - Let Funding for WMD to Other Countries Wait!

Regardless of your position on the 5,000 warhead missiles to Israel, this still has to be the first concern.
